Bush administration gives troops license to kill unborn terrorists.
When asked to clarify how the US could cut Federal aid to countries that teach family planning and offer abortions, and then kill unborn children in the Iraqi bombing campaign, the Bush administration decided today that early termination of a fetus wasn't abortion if you killed the mother too. The administration further qualified that the mothers had to be "mothers in countries whose governments support terrorism and who could therefore give birth to terrorists themselves."
President Bush said, "Killing the unborn babies of mothers in terrorist countries before they grow up to attack us is not undemocritical. It would be suicide not to."
