Better yet, my cousin Phillip is now linking me from his campaign web site.
Where have I been? My cousin asked me to keep it on the QT until the American Candidate finalists are selected. He doesn't want me to tell you how I got linked to his site either.
Can you believe it? The guy who preaches open government and no secrecy wants to keep the lid on me.
He even wants me to tone down my fucking langauage so I don’t piss the Showtime producers off.
Well let him disconnect his damn link and see how long it takes for my mother to call his mother and remind him that my site has more hits (and that I kept him from getting that vandalism charge on his rap sheet that night we scored some Saigon Red in Wimberly back in 1971 and I dusted it with orange sunshine).

| 5/15/04: As everyone in DC tries to cover their asses and come out smelling like roses for the shit they've been piling on the prisoners in Abu Ghraib, the story line I love the most is: ”How could women be involved in this?” You don’t think Bush-Lite and chum Rummy aren’t delighted that sweet looking Lynndie England was the perpetrator of these misdeeds (overlooking all those men who outranked her who were also involved)? Of course they are. Let’s face it, if everyone starts asking how a woman could torture these prisoners they’ll forget who sent her to Iraq (Bush-Lite) and who set the policies that led to these people being imprisoned to start with (Bush-Lite). |
How could this face be responsible for all that torture? |

Hey, if these guards had all that time on their hands, why weren’t they out looking for those WMDs. We all know the proverb about idle hands. Clue in, America. Women have been telling us for a long time that there’s nothing men can do that they can’t do just as well. Hell, look at some of those S&M boards on the Internet if you disagree. If Lynndie’s superiors were going to put her in a position to compete with the men, no one should be surprised that she could. Now, me. I don’t think anybody had any business torturing those prisoners. Americans don’t do that. If you don’t believe me, look at all those cop shows where they interrogate prisoners, watch Keifer Sutherland on 24 or check out an old Dirty Harry movie. That’s right, Clint. All your whining about the Constitution getting in cops’ way. This is why. What really chaps my ass is old those old boys and total women who killed the ERA by threatening that women would end up in combat and be at a disadvantage. I think we need to put the blame for the torture back on Bush and Rumsfeld where it belongs, and use Lynndie as the poster girl for the new ERA. Can women carry their weight in the military? Hell, yes. |
